Learning Through Play

At KDV 't Huisje, we believe that play is the most natural and effective way for young children to learn. Through play, children explore, discover, develop problem-solving skills, and build confidence in their abilities.

Our educational approach is based on contemporary child development research and emphasizes:

  • Play-based learning activities
  • Freedom to explore and experiment
  • Social and emotional development
  • Physical development and motor skills
  • Language and cognitive development

Key Principles

  • Child-Led: We follow the child's interests and pace.
  • Safe & Secure: A secure base for exploration.
  • Holistic: We support all aspects of development.
  • Responsive: We respond to individual needs.
